Women’s Golf Day 2026

One of the most popular women's golf events in the Buffalo and Western New York area.

Women’s Golf Day (WGD) is a global movement that Engages, Empowers, and Supports women and girls playing golf and learning the skills that last a lifetime. The one-day, four-hour event has occurred at more than 1,300 locations in nearly 84 countries since its inception in 2016 and has introduced thousands of new golfers to the sport. WGD is the fastest-growing female golf development initiative.

Women’s Golf Day at Ironwood is one of Western New York’s most popular women’s golf events, drawing golfers from Buffalo and across WNY for an unforgettable evening on and off the course. This welcoming, women-only event features a fun 9-hole scramble followed by a social hour with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, raffles, and a special guest speaker.

Designed for all skill levels — from first-time golfers to experienced players — Women’s Golf Day at Ironwood is a supportive, high-energy celebration of women in golf. It’s the kind of event that brings women together, builds confidence, and sends everyone home already looking forward to the next one.

And it fills up fast. Early registration is strongly recommended.
