All rain checks are given in the form of a credit to the individuals Ironwood account and are not transferable. The credit is based on the formula below.
All rain checks expire on December 31 of the same calendar year they were given.
Rain check rules for a paid 9 hole round:
If you play 1 – 5 holes, you receive prorated amount
If you play 1 hole, you receive 8/9 of green fee paid
If you play 2 holes, you receive 7/9 of green fee paid
If you play 3 holes, you receive 6/9 of green fee paid
If you play 4 holes, you receive 5/9 of the green fee paid
If you play 5 holes, you receive 4/9 of the green fee paid
No rain check if you complete 6 holes or more
Rain check rules for a paid 18 hole round:
If you play 1 – 13 holes, you receive prorated amount
If you play 1 hole, you receive 17/18 of green fee paid
If you play 2 holes, you receive 16/18 of green fee paid
If you play 3 holes, you receive 15/18 of green fee paid
If you play 4 holes, you receive 14/18 of the green fee paid
If you play 5 holes, you receive 13/18 of the green fee paid
If you play 6 holes, you receive 12/18 of green fee paid
If you play 7 holes, you receive 11/18 of green fee paid
If you play 8 holes, you receive 10/18 of green fee paid
If you play 9 holes, you receive 9/18 of the green fee paid
If you play 10 holes, you receive 8/18 of the green fee paid
If you play 11 holes, you receive 7/18 of green fee paid
If you play 12 holes, you receive 6/18 of the green fee paid
If you play 13 holes, you receive 5/18 of the green fee paid
No rain check If you complete 14 holes or more.
